Practical 's day
As usual wake up in the early morning ,around 7.30 am >_<
In a horrible mess dressing up and go to college.
I have to work in starter section,
dishes for me is chicken vol-au-vent
ishhhhh!!!!
today I made a big mistake /.\
get vol au vent burned ..
downdowndown.....
Actually I was follow the instruction from the cookery book
And I have no idea with that..
I forget a step for the puff pastry , so I got double mistake !
SHITY!
Then I re-do it !!!
and I won't make the same mistake .
Finally, I succeed to make it !
And the feedback for me is PERFECT!
